You can delete your TruckEasy App account yourself at any time:
If you can no longer sign in, submit the form above with the subject Account Deletion Request from the email address on your account, or write to support@truckeasy.app. We complete requests within 30 days.
Your sign-in, the name, email address and phone number on your account, your registered devices and notification tokens, and your access to every company you belonged to.
Records a carrier is required to keep about its drivers and loads — driver qualification files, load, stop and settlement records, and documents submitted for those loads — stay with that company for as long as the law requires. A company's last administrator must make someone else an administrator, or cancel the company's subscription, before deleting their account.
